Miguel Viveiros Telecomunicações, created in 1998, is now one of the largest authorised agent, in the regional market of communications, associated with PT Comunicações and MEO

Since always that MV wants to present it self as a reference organization, highlighting particularly, the residential and corporate area.

At the moment, MV has a total of 10 exclusive Meo TMN store, 5 points of sales PT/ MEO and an exclusive office PT Corporate, where in addition to commercialize Meo brand, MV ensures our customers an excellent service concerning their needs.

With the establishment of the Quality Certification ISO 9001:2008 by Apcer (Portuguese Association of Certification), the company intends that all organization performances are moulded by quality requirements that ensures both the continuous growth of its business and the strengthening of the trust relationship built everyday with our customers.

Chronology of Miguel Viveiros Telecomunicações:

03/04/1998    - Creation of Miguel Viveiros – Sociedade Unipessoal Lda., with head offices at Rua 31 de Janeiro in Funchal;
                      - Opening of 2 TMN stores, one in Funchal and one in Machico;

          1999    - Opening of 2 new stores in Caniço and Câmara de Lobos;

          2001    - Head offices in Funchal are transferred to “Miguel Viveiros” building at Rua da Estacada in Machico;

          2002    - Opening of 3 stores, one in São Martinho in Funchal, one in Camacha and the other one in Porto Santo Island;

          2003    - Opening of one more store in Santana;
                      - Miguel Viveiros Telecomunicações expands its business to the corporate clients, offering to them an exclusive office in Machico as well as a specialised team on the same area;
                      - Miguel Viveiros Telecomunicações becomes a retailer agent, expanding its business to the west side of the island;

          2004    - Opening of another store in Cancela;

          2005    - The store in 31 de Janeiro is transferred to Forum Madeira Shopping Centre;

          2007    - Caniço store is transferred to Caniço Shopping Centre and the store in Machico is also transferred to “Portal Manuelino” building;
                      - Quality Certification System ISO 9001:2008 is implemented;

          2008    - Adjustment of the retailer network partners, maintaining commercial relations only with Santa Cruz;
                      - Opening of the 10th store in Machico, in “Galerias Torre MV”;

          2009    - Transfer of MV Telecommunications head offices, to Funchal, at Rua do Carmo, including the PT Corporate;
                      - Acquisition of another store in Madeira Shopping Centre;

          2010    - Opening of the 12th store and 3rd in Machico in “Machim Centrum” building;

          2011    - Opening of new exclusive offices for, PT Corporate in Funchal at Rua do Carmo;
